Questions agents ask
Do I need to buy or learn new software?
No. TouchTempo runs in Google Sheets, which works with a free Google account and in the Google Sheets app on your phone. If you can use a spreadsheet, you can use TouchTempo.
Who owns my contacts and data?
You do. Your CRM lives in your own Google account. We only get access while we set it up and support you.
What does the setup involve?
You send us exports of your phone contacts, email contacts and any old CRM. We merge them, remove duplicates, tag every contact, assign follow-up cadences, load your active deals and spread out any backlog so day one isn't 300 people. Then we walk you through it on a kickoff call. On Solo Starter, you import your contacts yourself with our guide and video.
Does it send texts and emails automatically?
On Solo Starter, Solo Pro and Team, no. TouchTempo fills in a ready-to-send message for each person. You copy it into your phone or Gmail, add a personal line and send. With the Premium AI Follow-Up Assistant, emails can be sent from your Gmail once you approve them. Texts are always sent by you, from your own phone.
Is the AI sending messages without me?
No. Your AI assistant drafts follow-ups and prepares texts, but nothing is sent until you approve it. If you like, you can give standing approval for routine messages, such as a birthday note, and change or remove that approval any time. Text messages are never sent by the assistant: you send them from your phone with one tap.
Which email does the AI assistant work with?
Gmail today. The assistant connects to your Gmail and your TouchTempo sheet. Ask us if you use a different email provider.
How long does it take each day?
Most days it's a short list: open the Today tab, send each message, log it. The next follow-up date sets itself, so you never have to work out who's next.
Can I change the follow-up schedule?
Yes. Every cadence is editable in one tab, and on Solo Pro and Team we tune them with you on the kickoff call to match how you actually work.
Does it work for teams?
Yes. The Team plan covers up to 5 agents for $149 a month, and $25 a month for each extra agent. Everyone works one shared pipeline, and each agent can filter the Today list to their own follow-ups.
Is TouchTempo a replacement for my lead-gen website or dialer?
No. TouchTempo focuses on one thing: consistent follow-up with the people you already know and the leads you already have. It works alongside whatever lead sources you use.
